Background: Surgical  residents’  exposure  to  aesthetic  procedures  remains  limited  in  residency  training.  The  development  of  the  Montreal  augmentation mammaplasty operation (MAMO) simulator aims to provide an adjunctive training method and assessment tool to complement the evolving competency-based surgical curriculum.
